Moll Properties Sublet Policy
All Sublets must have prior approval from Moll Properties
In order to get approval for your sublet the following procedures must be followed:
1) The Tenant must fill out the sublease information form below. Application Form and Sublease form must be filled out in full and signed by all parties at least 2 weeks prior to sublet start date. Applications will be emailed to all applicants by Moll Properties.
2) $50 Non-Refundable administration fee must be paid.
3) Have the sublease approved and sublease signed by Moll Properties. Signing is done through the tenant portal.
Sublets that do not follow these guidelines will not be approved.
