I would like to thank you two for being such great landlords! You made my junior and senior year at Cornell much more peaceful. You two really took good care of us - we really appreciate it. Whenever there was a problem (no matter how big or small), Simon always showed up promptly to fix the issue. I wish you two the best of luck with everything!

Of all the landlords I have had in all of the cities I have been in, you guys are by far the best I have ever encountered.  Not only are you excellent landlords, but great people as well!  I have been fortunate to get to know you both over the past two years.

You have surprised me with how prompt you are at remedying any possible problems.  I don't know of any other landlords that would come out at 10:30pm on a Friday night to fix a washer that froze because of how < insert expletive here > cold Ithaca was this past winter.

In short, I wanted to thank you for being exactly who you are: skillfully adept landlords; transparent and honest communicators; open and compassionate individuals.  My only regret is not knowing I was staying in Ithaca before all of your properties were rented!

The rooms, price, and location were great, but what really impressed me were the things you did, unprompted, beyond what was on the lease. Off the top of my head, I can remember: the dehumidifier you provided us, because we were the basement apartment; the inspections you did after heavy storms, to make sure the pumps and water levels were fine; the inspections you did over breaks, so everything would be fine when we came back; and the email you sent us during finals week, letting us know that your church was opening up study rooms. These "small" things made me feel like you actually cared about giving me a good living experience, instead of only caring about collecting rent, so - thank you

I had very few issues while in the apartment, but they were extremely prompt with their response when I did (within 24hrs on each occasion). Simon even came over once before I even knew there was an issue and he helped fix it. Similarly, Monica was very quick to respond whenever I had a question as well as super accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment/landlords and I definitely recommend renting for them if you have a chance. They have been the best landlords I've ever had. Thank you guys for an awesome year! I wish I had known about you guys sooner.
